Although you can expect years of reliable testing over thousands of tests with the Scratch 4 Machine, from time to time, the device will require calibration. Additionally, even though the machine includes a limited set of internal collision detection sensors, a head crash or other unfortunate experience can cause damage to the sensitive components of the Scratch 4 Machine. For these cases, we recommend a Maintenance Contract with Surface Machine Systems.
