Scratch 4 Machine

The Scratch 4 Surface Testing System is a precision laboratory instrument stemming from the Scratch 3 Machine developed by the Texas A&M University Polymer Technology Center in conjunction with the TAMU Polymer Scratch Consortium. This machine represents the state-of-the art technology in the study of scratch in polymers, coatings, and more.

If you are pursuing scratch test, or scratch phenomena in polymers, coatings, films, or any other area of materials research, there is only one clear choice in precision and consistency: Scratch 4.
