Equipment Warranty & Service
All equipment is warranted for manufacturer's defects for 12 months after acceptance. Warranty service is provided via email, phone call, or onsite or return maintenance (per our discretion). The basic warranty includes a single onsite installation and training visit, that is scheduled after delivery but prior to acceptance when you make your initial purchase. For some equipment, onsite training and installation may be waived for reduced equipment price.
We offer basic email and phone service regarding equipment usage and basic maintenance on an as-available basis for 60 months after acceptance.
Extended Service
We offer a variety of extended warranty services including onsite maintenance, onsite training, and return (factory) maintenance.
Basic Extended Warranty
This warranty entitles you to business-hours response for troubleshooting and usage questions, within 2 business days, via phone or email, for all equipment issues. It also provides for discounts on onsite and return maintenance. The warranty may be purchased in one, two, or three year blocks. Onsite maintenance is scheduled within six weeks.
Extended Warranty
This warranty entitles you to business-hours response for troubleshooting and usage questions, within 2 business days, via phone or email, for all equipment issues. It entitles the owner to one free service call for maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, repair, or training per calendar year. It also provides for discounts on onsite and return maintenance. The warranty may be purchased in one, two, or three year blocks. Onsite maintenance is scheduled within one week.
Emergency-Basis Warranty
This warranty entitles you to business-hours response for troubleshooting and usage questions, within 2 business days, via phone or email, for all equipment issues. It entitles the owner to one free service call for maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, repair, or training per calendar year. It also provides for discounts on onsite and return maintenance. The warranty may be purchased in one, two, or three year blocks. Onsite maintenance is scheduled within one week.
On-Demand Maintenance
We offer hourly rates with response times in 2 business days for email or phone. We offer onsite response times within six weeks, one week, or next day.
